These terms apply to every purchase made through kioksoftware.
What you are buying
Each listing states its licence type. A single licence covers one production installation on one domain or one machine. A multi licence covers unlimited installations within your own organisation or for clients you build and host for. A website sold outright transfers to one buyer only.
Price and VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country. A compliant invoice is issued for every order and kept in your account.
Payment
Payment is by card only, taken by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
Delivery
Licensed products are released to your account on payment. Websites, custom projects and services are delivered after we contact you, normally within one working day.
Support
Every purchase includes thirty days of support covering installation questions and defects, from the delivery date.
