Software sold here is a digital product, delivered immediately on payment where the listing says so.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you normally have fourteen days to cancel a digital purchase. That right ends once the download begins, and you are asked to confirm this at checkout before the download is released. If you have not downloaded the files or used the licence key, the fourteen-day right still applies.
If something does not work
If a product does not do what its listing says, tell us within thirty days. We will fix it or refund you in full. This is separate from the cancellation right above and is not affected by having downloaded the files.
Custom work and services
Custom projects and installation services are refundable until work begins. After that, any refund reflects the work already completed, as agreed in writing before the project starts.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your order. Refunds go back to the card used for payment, usually within five working days.
