What we collect
- Your name, email address and billing address, to issue a valid invoice
- Your company name and VAT number, if you give them
- Your order history and the licences issued to you
- Basic technical data from your visit, such as your browser type
We do not collect or store card details. Those go directly to our payment provider.
Why we hold it
To fulfil your order and to meet our legal obligations. UK tax law requires us to keep invoice records for six years.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, to take payment. Our email provider, to send order messages. No one else, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
